HOW DO I ACCESS THE MINDFUL EATING GROUP ?

You’ll receive an email with your login information within 24 hours of signing up for my group via Practice Better. Simply click the link, create your username and password, then dive right into the modules and group chat options.

 

WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION PROVIDED IN?

My groups are formatted as a balance of  modules filled with video instruction, PDF resources, and invitations to schedule a one-on-one virtual coaching session.

WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER 2 WEEKS?

No, your access does not expire until February 2025. I do recommend that you maximize your time in the program by completing the modules  weekly  and downloading any workbooks and forms you want to keep as you go. 

 

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

The program is primarily self-paced. You’ll need to coordinate your private sessions with me for live feedback and customized counseling, but the other resources and trainings are on-demand.
